 - You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

3. User Account Registration

- Keep your login credentials confidential.

- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

BookingHub.lk is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account.

4. Booking Process

When you book a service through BookingHub.lk:

- You enter a contract directly with the service provider (hotel, tour operator, etc.).

- BookingHub.lk acts solely as a facilitator to confirm your reservation.

- The booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or SMS.

Please ensure the information provided (guest name, check-in time, etc.) is correct at the time of booking.

5. Pricing and Payment

- All prices listed are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated.

- Prices may include or exclude taxes and fees — this will be clearly indicated.

- Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, online gateways (e.g., PayHere), or bank transfers (where applicable).

- In some cases, full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel bookings affected by such errors.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies are set by the respective service providers. Please read the specific policy displayed during your booking. In general:

- Refund eligibility depends on how early you cancel before the check-in/service date.

- Some bookings may be non-refundable or partially refundable.

- BookingHub.lk may assist in the refund process but is not responsible for refund approval.

7. Modifications and Special Requests

Modifications (date changes, name changes, etc.) are subject to availability and provider approval. Special requests (e.g., late check-in, extra beds) are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by the provider.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

- Use the site for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.

- Impersonate another person or provide false information.

- Violate any laws or regulations.

- Disrupt or interfere with the site or servers.

- Upload any harmful code (viruses, malware, etc.).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Service Provider Responsibilities

Each service provider is responsible for:

 - Fulfilling the services as booked.

 - Maintaining up-to-date availability and accurate listings.

- Handling customer service after the booking is confirmed.

BookingHub.lk is not responsible for any issues related to service quality, overbooking, or misrepresentation by providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

- BookingHub.lk is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our platform.

 - We do not guarantee the availability, reliability, or quality of services provided by third-party providers.

 - Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by you to us for the booking in question.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on BookingHub.lk, including logos, images, text, and code, is the intellectual property of BookingHub.lk or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use it without permission.

12. Privacy

Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information as outlined in that policy.
